Our warehouse employees will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. The warehouses are located located in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a particular processing time, based on the individual product.

Prior to shipment, we check the item thoroughly. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once the order is placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
